Austian Bundt Cake has been my favourite Breakfast cake all my life, my mum always made it to perfection, so I asked her to share her recipe, so I can share it with you, hope my translation to english does justice and you will be able to make it just as perfect as she makes it
Ingredients:
400g flour
80g Butter
80g Sugar
3 egg yolk
2 ½ dl milk
20g yeast
12g vanilla extract
Tiny pinch of salt
Whisk the butter and sugar and egg yolks together until light and fluffy. Add the yeast to Luke warm milk in a separate glass, and add this to the mixture , Stir in the vanilla extract, and the flour, mix it well together for at least 5 minutes , until the dough seems relatively smooth , pour the mixture in the Bundt cake tin , and let it rest for about 50 minutes in a warm place .
Bake it for about 30 minutes.
Ingredients For the topping:
100g Dark Chocolate smashed into pieces
1 tablesppon single cream
60g unsalted butter
