The biggest make-up trend this autumn will be all shades of berry lips , which is just good news for me because those are the shades that I actually like, but without following any make-up trend Mauve lipstick is what I would always want to have in my make up bag , because it is my ultimate favourite lipstick shade. So I went on the hunt to find what are the best mauve lipstick shades out there, checked out both luxury and high street products too. It was interesting to discover Christian Louboutin has a new liptick collection which is luscious , the packaging is inspired by middle eastern antiques and art deco . Needless to say as number 1 fan of mauve lipsticks, my favourite shade is Ron Ron .I loved this shade was gorgeous, but i think it is slightly over priced, but understand you have to pay for the name . Lancome has limited edition Olympia collection, the package is fun and playful, but the “insoupconable” lipstick shade is for those who love to make a bold statement.From their classic collection I love shade 325 Impetinente, and 385 Le Violet. I also check out Mac lipstick shades and I loved “Man Loves Mystery” , and “Matte Heroine”

I love Max factor Midnight mauve , or Maybelline Galantic MAuve , L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Extraordinaire Lipcolour in Molto Mauve from the high street. The Bodyshop also has a wide range of beautiful shades, I love the “Right Mauves”, and “lets grape it on” shade from the Colour crush lipstick collection. I found a lot of beautiful shades ,but still on the hunt to discover more gorgeous mauve lipsticks out there.
